Så glad blir utviklingsminister når hun nettopp har fått vite at flere rike land har lovet penger til klimafinansiering. Da vi startet klimatoppmøtet var vi langt unna å nå målet om 100 milliarder USD i klimafinansiering årlig til utviklingslandene, slik vi og andre rike land har lovet gjennom Paris-avtalen. Så har flere og flere land kommet på banen. Foreløpige beregninger viser nå at vi kanskje når målet allerede i 2022. Dette er en milepæl for Glasgow, sier utviklingsminister Anne Beathe Tvinnereim.
