This weekend, I participated in the annual Lennart Meri conference in Tallinn, Estonia. A solid and well organized event, reflecting on the troubled state of the world, marked by increasing competition, fragmentation, and lack of leadership - but also about what to do with it. Well done, ICDS-International Centre for Defence and Security! Estonia’s President Kersti Kaljulaid was an excellent chair in the concluding panel, in which I also took part.
