I am alarmed by the deteriorating situation in #Ethiopia & the potential regional impact. 🇳🇴 has consistently, including as member of the #UNSC, called for a cease-fire, dialogue between parties & unimpeded humanitarian access to Tigray & other parts of Ethiopia.
