Clean Energy Ministerial (CEM) is a high-level global forum that seeks to promote policies and programs to advance the development of clean energy technologies, share lessons learned and best practices. Since its creation in 2010, its 27 members, together with stakeholders and the private sector, have pursued the goal of accelerating the transition to clean energy. Through 20 workstreams (13 initiatives and 7 campaigns), CEM aims to expand the deployment of clean energy technologies, policies, and programs, share best practices and form a global network. Mission Innovation (MI) works to accelerate clean energy innovation worldwide through investment in clean energy research, deployment, and demonstration. Its 25 members are committed to supporting breakthroughs and cost reductions to deliver a global energy system that is clean, affordable, and reliable.
