At #HISF2019, we had a rich exchange on the challenges and opportunities in the Arctic in today’s geopolitics. It turned out to be Richard Spencer’s last public appearance as Secretary of the Navy, as he was asked to resign today. That’s life in DC these days. @HFXforum
