It is excellent that #COP27 decided that a Loss & Damage Fund will be established to assist the most affected.\n\nNorway is, however, disappointed by limited progress on mitigation. Without enhanced efforts, the cost of adaptation + L&D will become astronomical if at all feasible.

@HGrindheim Hei @HGrindheim. 🇳🇴 har samme klimamål (NDC) som 🇪🇺, nemlig 55%. Det stemmer ikke at EU har oppdatert sitt klimamål. Det EU opplyste i går, er at de de siste ukene har vedtatt lovgivning som kan overoppfylle målet, beregnet til 57%. Det er veldig bra! Men det er ikke et nytt mål.
